Various New Jersey Municipalities

Neglia Engineering Associates (NEA) is honored to be able to provide redevelopment engineering services to the following municipalities. Below are the project details of on-going services.

➢  Wesmont at Wood-Ridge – former airplane factory redeveloped into townhouse, single family home, a train station, and retail space
➢  Passaic Avenue in Kearny – the redevelopment area is bordered by the Passaic River to the west and Belgrove Drive and Clark Avenue to the east
➢  Agnew Place in Rutherford – in need of redevelopment study and plan for out of use gas station
➢  West Westfield Avenue in Roselle Park – prepared an “Area in Need of Redevelopment” study to designate a redevelopment area in order to stimulate re-utilization of the West Westfield Avenue corridor
➢  FedEx Ground Terminal in North Arlington – redeveloping 40 acres of a former Bethlehem steel facility into a Terminal for FedEx Ground
